Erciyes Turkish Sydney catering serves from straight out of the oven freshly baked Turkish bread and Turkish pizza (we call them Pide), meat grills such as succulent lamb, chicken and kofte, Turkish rice, salad varieties include but are not limited to include tabouli, greek salad, to our tastiest sides that can not be missed. The sides at the very least are the rainbow dips that is our pride and joy especially our renowned hummus – a recipe so secret- is perfect to bring on the office cheer. Dont forget our sweets are a treat, but we do openly admit they are addictive! A range of Baklava like no other and Turkish coconut cakes are all made in house with gluten free options.
